Personal data we process

TypeMission processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide that data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Other personal data you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
• Data about your activities on our website
• Data about your browsing behaviour across different websites (for example because this company is part of an advertising network)

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at support@typemission.com and we will delete this information.

Why and on what legal basis we process personal data

TypeMission processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To give you the opportunity to create an account, to make payment and to send the starter package.

Automated decision-making

TypeMission does not use techniques that make decisions on the basis of automated processing about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. In other words, TypeMission does not make decisions by computer programs or systems without a person (such as a TypeMission employee) being involved.

How long we keep personal data

We keep your data until you tell us you no longer want this, or until there is no longer a need to keep it. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to support@typemission.com requesting that your data be deleted, in whole or in part.

Sharing personal data with third parties

TypeMission shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary to perform the agreement, to comply with any legal obligation, and for marketing and sales purposes.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

TypeMission uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone on your first visit to this website. TypeMission uses cookies with a purely technical function. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work well and to optimise it. In addition, we place cookies that track your browsing behaviour so that we can offer tailored content and advertisements. Viewing, changing or deleting your data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. That means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you, in a computer file, to you or to another organisation named by you.

If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or your right to data portability, or if you have other questions or comments about the processing of your data, please send a specified request to support@typemission.com. To make sure the request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. TypeMission will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

How we secure personal data

TypeMission takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
