Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using a TypeMission course, you enter into an agreement with TypeMission. This agreement covers the following key points:

Minimum age

To purchase and use a TypeMission course, you must be over 18 years of age. This rule applies to the parent or legal guardian who buys the course for their child or children.

Registration process

After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Once you have received the confirmation email, you can log in to the TypeMission typing course and the parent portal.

Delivery

TypeMission aims to ship the starter package, including keyboard stickers, within 7 days of payment. Shipping costs for the starter package within Europe are borne by TypeMission. Please make sure you give the correct address, as any costs for shipping a replacement starter package are borne by the buyer.

Access to the course

Users have access to the TypeMission course for 1 year. If your child needs longer, please contact us within the contract period so we can make arrangements.

Early termination and right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the TypeMission typing course, you may dissolve the agreement free of charge and without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of entering into it. To do so, send an unequivocal statement by email to info@typemission.com. Within 14 days of dissolution you must return any learning materials received, with sufficient postage paid. TypeMission will refund any course fee paid as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after dissolution or after receipt of the returned materials. Returns are only accepted if the learning materials are in their original condition.

Payment

The cost of the TypeMission course is stated on the TypeMission website. You can pay for the course by bank transfer or credit card.

Intellectual property rights

The intellectual property rights in the course materials remain with TypeMission at all times. The course materials may not be used for anything other than your own study, nor may they be sold or transferred to third parties.

Complaints

Should you have any complaints, please report them within one month of receiving the material concerned to support@typemission.com. We will do our best to resolve complaints satisfactorily. TypeMission's liability is limited to no more than the course fee you have paid.

Personal data and the GDPR

TypeMission processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information about this processing and about the rights of data subjects can be found in our Privacy Statement.

Special provisions for promotions

All special provisions for promotions and group purchases are stated in the promotion concerned. The period for which a promotion is valid is always stated.

Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement may be submitted to the Dutch courts in accordance with Dutch law.
